Pastificio (pa-sti-fi-cHoh): Small batch fresh pasta producer.

Pastificio d’Oro was started in 2020 as a passion project for the craft of handmade pasta and in 2021 we started our pop up dinner service. All of our pastas are crafted using only a mattarello (a very long rolling pin) and traditional tools, meaning no pasta goes through machinery. This honors both centuries old traditions and elevates quality. It is our mission to bring authentic, delicious, and comforting Italian cuisine to Portland.

Our menu highlights the traditional cuisine of regions located in Northern Italy. The menu features a bi-weekly rotation of rich handmade pastas, a selection of antipasti, rustic desserts and a thoughtful wine selection. Our vegetables, eggs, meats, bread, and dairy are as local as you can get and we are firm believers in working with the seasons. We use high quality imported Italian olive oil, vinegar, flour and cheese.

All of this is because we care deeply about the quality and integrity to the products that go into our food.

Buon Appetito!
